As thought up by Our Own Squee
Sub-Plot 1:
An underground resistance. Basically, I got to thinking and considered that IF Jadis won, she'd do anything to get the Pevensies locked up in her dungeons, no? Or even better, dead. However, lets just go with the first assumption, ne? So, perhaps, some of them could be locked up in her dungeons, others could have gone hiding. There are four of them, so they could choose to be just about anywhere. But that's just background info on the plot. I suppose that not all Narnians, with an alliance to Aslan/the Narnian Royalty/Narnia, have not yet been caught or killed. How about an underground resistance group? It'd have to be a small one, with like a maximum of seven people, so the Witch wouldn't get suspicious about it. This underground thing offers many options. One of the Pevensies that would still be loose could be running it. (And I'd love to see one of the two girls showing just how kick-ass they can be for once. ) BUT it doesn't necessarily have to be one of the Pevensies to lead it. There are many devoted Narnians running around. It would also offer the opportunity for treachery,... Treachery to the witch OR treachery to Narnia. It could ALSO be a way of helping some prisoners escape? Like they could go on a mission, with the idea of saving the Narnians and defeating the witch, but the mission could fail and only some of the Narnians can get out. xD Use your imagination people, the plot is as obvious as it can get.
Sub-Plot 2:
Same concept as Sub-Plot 1 but with fun for the bad people. Basically, a small selected group of people that restart the Police of the Witch and go hunting the good guys. xD They can arrest, they can let loose, they can hurt or be hurt.
Note on the two sub-plots so far:
If it'd be possible, and it'd make the plots more interesting,... Each group could be given a secret basis. Lyanne could give the pass for their basis to the leaders of each group. The Admin would have the privilege to know the leaders of each group, but that's as far as it goes. That's ALL she would know. Like basically, the members would be kept a secret and no one else can know who the leaders are. People that want to join either group could a: call out in the c-box to join and the leaders would have to respond. Either by saying you're in, or not respond at all which means you're not joining because we're too crowded already. Basically, we make it a game. It would need some rules though here and there, more like guidelines though. But that's all really.

Sub-Plot 3:
This may be a nice way of getting more races involved, especially from the other countries. So, we've all known Calormen isn't on good terms with Narnia right? Especially since Susan declined the offer to marry one of their previous Kings. What if, Calormen actually supported the White Witch? After all, she won, ne? Basically, I could make up some canons to represent Calormen Royalty and important Calormens and this plot might just work then. As a sign of their support for the Witch, they could send forces to her, lead by one of their sons/daughters. This person could become an important general to Jadis, mainly because he offers her his troops and is willing to follow her (until the odds look like she's going to fall because Calormens are treacherous like that).
Sub-Plot 4:
Aslan!
a) Pevensies have lost a great deal of faith in him b) Narnians question him c) He is accused for nothing
Indeed. We all remember that way back, Peter actually tried to find Aslan but didn't? The Lion was already gone again? I think Aslan has a reason for everything, and so we should think of way why Aslan failed. If everything would have gone according to his plan, nothing would have gone wrong and Jadis would've been defeated right? But it comes down to the fact that the Pevensies didn't really try searching for him anymore after Peter failed at finding him, or so we could assume. We also know, that Aslan couldn't show himself anymore... because nothing happens the same way twice. (forgive me but I tend to always look behind things he says xD and take it rather seriously). So, everything failed, nothing went according to his plan and so the Lion failed as well. He got caught by Jadis's troups and was brought to her. She knows better than to kill him, since it failed last time as well, ne? And she doesn't want him near her other prisoners, they can't get their hopes up right? So she locks him up in a room only she can enter (and she can only enter because of her magic) and she does her best to make all Narnians believe Aslan is dead, Aslan is gone and he isn't coming back. After this, everything can get role-played out the way people want it to. xD
Sub-Plot 5:
