I like the idea of using Myths to create a new villain, that sounds quite FUN and plausible... I was thinking of her actually when it came up ! But anyone would do... She's the wicked witch from Tin man

Forgive the double post but I was watching Picture of Dorian Gray and Ben Barnes with Rachel Hurd-Wood Kinda got me thinking since Anne is With Peter and Christa liked Ed and Celest is technically alone won't that be a pretty match LOL! She is technically Ramandu's daughter.... and again forgive the randomness.... *runs off*

I like the skinwalker idea, like I said. Now, just to clarify, they can be ANY animal, or they can be like a vampire who can go from a normal human shape to a bat and then back to human? That could lead to some pretty awesome epicness. You can't fight an enemy if you don't know who the enemy is.

Well I think that they should be able to shift to any animal, maybe the younger ones can do only one and the elder leaders more than One type of animal?

~For the vampire idea, instead of them just turning into bats, why not have them rather turn into monsters like the vampires in Van Helsing did? It might make things more interesting & they would be tougher to kill & they can't shape shift on a certain night like a full moon or something...

Ahh Thally how I've missed you. And I think were going more for shape shifters but vampires fall into that category I think.
Oh and feel free to play around and post if you guys like while we come up with a concept.

So if we are seriously considering the shapeshifters, we should probably figure out if they have a weakness. Young ones would be easy to track down and kill if needed, but older ones changing shape constantly would make a pretty hard enemy to defeat. I like young ones only getting one shift and older people getting multiple though... vampires would be a very fun idea as well though, easier to kill with obvious weaknesses. it doesn't seem very Narnia-y for some reason though...

Were there vampires in Narnia though, and with Twilight being the it thing maybe Vamps Per se won't be a good idea but a shape shifter going to bat can exist? Or do I make no sense there... *ponders*
Also what about fire as a weakness, at least to the ones that can't shape into something that flies, maybe a weakness according to clan or animal as well? Like maybe some shift into winged creatures only, some into hoved or cloved... and I think I may be getting ahead of myself here...

Perhaps instead of vampires since I don't think its very Narnian-ey, shapeshifters then? They could be like, a cross breed between nymphs and something else or something, but then again I'm just being crazy with ideas. xD I like the idea of each specific clan/animal/shifting image can have a particular weakness though. Like land animals can't stand water, water can't survive on land and flying has fire? *shrug&

Thalia you're a genius. I love that idea! Then maybe we could have different evil leaders of each different type of group, making more canons open and so all the pressure isn't on one particular person? Like a King of the Air animal shapeshifter people, and a Queen of Water, and... know what I'm saying? But then they would have to be one particular animal, and not multiple... or we could allow multiple as long as they're relatively in the same area/genre/type.
No vampires then? I think we ruled that out... (;

Vamps out and Queen of the Flying Monkeys IN! J/k but you have a point there would be more canons and more fun plots running around instead of the ONE VILLAIN TO RULE THEM ALL thing!... I am loving these ideas!
Anything Else before the re write darlings?

Wow, that's a fantastic idea! I will miss Jadis, though.

Maybe you can write up a dramatic finally for Jadis, and we DO have the alternate reality board/practice board and we can make a past/future board in case you feel like playing her at any point... I mean no need to delete that deranged blond witch now is there
