The Look...
Clothing Style: Raoul likes to look like a gentleman and often wears shirts with collars and usually any color breeches. But thats only if he has a royal Wanderers in his castle. During regular days, he usually just wears a regular old tunic and simple pants.This is a little personal, but Raoul usually sleeps clothesless! He has a red robe he puts on when he gets out of bed and gets REALLY mad if one of his guards or servants comes into his bedroom and wakes him up on purpose or not on purpose!
Overall Appearance:
Raouls long dirty blonde hair cascades down to his shoulders and his eyes are almost as blue as the sea by Cair Paravel. He has pale to medium skin and he stand around 6 feet 3 inches tall with weighing around 160 pounds. He has normally arched eyebrows that are just a little bit darker than his hair color. His nose is a little bit wide at ten nostrils but goes with his other facial features pretty well as most Archenlanders have a wide nose. Raouls is muscular from battle-training he has had since its the Kings duty in Archenland to command the Army.

The Personality...
Personality: In front of his people, Raoul acts like King and is very serious and does not fool around at all. Raoul was once a wild prince, swoonign women and playing pranks on the castle staff. But after his father suddenly died from a bad fever just a few months ago, Raoul changed. He longer payed attention to the women he had wooed and stopped making trouble with the servants. Now he wishes to show Archenland what his reign will bring.
Raoul is almost another person when he is not in front of his people and is often depressed and sad. He never knew his mother since she died giving birth to him and his father was always "too busy" to spend any time with him. Raoul has never expierienced real love before and thinks he shall never find it. His people aren't totally trusting in him yet as he has only been reigning for about 4 months. Raoul knows his people do not trust him just yet and he is ready to show to them what he will do...
Strengths:
A muscular build from battle training aids him in combat.
He has been educated with the geographical knowledge of Archenland, Calormen, and Narnia.
His ability to be a natural-born leader.
Weaknesses:
Due to falling in a rushing river and nearly drowning as a child, he has a terrible fear of swimming.
From falling into a river as a child, he devloped a sickness and lost part of his hearing in his right ear.
Sometimes, if he doesn't want to see anyone, he sends away foreign royals thast come to visit and this offends them.

The Past...
History: Raoul was born in Archenland castle to parents King Maximus and Queen Anneke. Anneke died giving birth to him and so Raoul was pretty much raised by nurses and maids since his father neglected him. With no love, he grew to be a spoiled trickster Prince who tortured the servants with his pranks. He also had a thing for women, wooening them and sometimes even taking mistresses. His father worried very much about how he would be when he took the throne.
When Raoul was 24, his father became sick and bedridden. Raoul wa forced to take over his duties even though he believed he was too young to reign. It was a lot of stress for the boy and it didn't help when there was an attempt on his life at his birthday party. However, he was saved by the Captain of the Guard who was nearby much to the anger of his people. Raouls father felt better soon and he took back his King duties. However one tragic night, just a few moths ago, as the King was preparing for bed when he started to hyperventilate and couldn't breathe. He feel to the floor and developed a high fever. By morning the King was dead. Raoul feel into a despair and dark depression. He had changed from the spoiled Prince into a serious King. He may act like a friendly King in front of people, but if you watch him when he is alone, he is still the same child-prince in despair.
