R I L A R ;; He had to admit, the little Queen didn't tremble in fear. There was a little bit, but her voice was strong and clear when she inquired as to if he was going to kill her. "Absolutely." He answered, but his eyes were on those around him, including Rai, his men, and Thalia. Currently Rai was his biggest threat, but Rilar knew he had the cards in his advantage. "Not right now, of course, unless your friends are stupider then they look." He glanced at them again and then turned his gaze to the girl.
The older female was furious with him, which amused him to no end, but she also spoke rationally. Rilar looked at her with disdain as she spoke, but that changed to amusement. "Don't hurt her? Funny..." His voice trailed off, and he narrowed his eyes at her. "You'd condemn a child to a life of torture? As opposed to a quick death? How cold... I thought you Narnians were supposed to care for your monarchs, or if not them, your young." She may be crueler then I am... Rilar thought, though of course nothing could be further from the truth, and leaned down. "Sit up." He said coldly to his hostage.
The man spoke words similar to the female, but his raised sword was starting to irritate Rilar. "I told you to lower that, boy." Rilar snarled. He pressed his teeth on Lucy's neck, but didn't bite, though she was certainly in danger in this position. The jaw of a wolf was powerful, and though Rilar knew to bite would be death to him, he also knew his bite would kill the youngest rebel. "You both claim I need her... but to be honest, all Jadis needs is a carcass. Peter and Edmund will be as inclined to talk with the other girl, and we're working on her right now." His eyes narrowed on Rai and the sword, and he growled suddenly, the noise muffled by Lucy's neck.
"Drop. It."
Something else struck him, and his lips curved back in a rather sadistic smile. "You spoke my name. You know me." Rilar said to Rai, looking utterly pleased. "Have I killed a friend of yours?" Rilar asked casually, as if this were an everyday conversation. "Probably not... I tend to work more in the dungeons. With your King." His eyes flickered to Thalia boredly, and then to Lucy again before returning to Thalia.
If the rebels didn't know Edmund had been taken, Rilar wasn't going to be the one to tell them. May as well let them have false hope. Once the Kings were publicly executed, as he believed Dagg'or planned, all of Narnia would be shattered, and the deaths of their Queens would obliterate this group entirely. "I'd ask about your charming group, but I'm sure Lucy will tell me in time. And if Jadis thinks she would be less of a threat as a corpse, well, I'll be back." His eyes darted around the setting, and then to the two adults. "You may want to pick a new hideout. This is fairly obvious." His eyes went to Lucy, and Rilar shook his head in disdain. "All in the Witch's army know of the treacherous Tumnus. I hear his death was painful... but then again, you wouldn't know, would you?" He asked, his attention now on Lucy, but his ears were perked and listening to the world around him.
Yessss I believe Lu is still being taken. Right Lu? Otherwise Rilar is kinda an idiot. XD But a demonic idiot.

Lucy looked confused and frightened as Thalia spoke up. She then narrowed her eyes a bit, confused. What were they playing at? Rai and Thalia? The look was replaced by sudden fear. How would she ever manage to get out alive? The little Pevensie found herself wishing that she was back home in England. They would never deal with any of these problems back home! Granted, there were killers and the such, but none as brutal as their Narnian enemies. She would have never been found with a wolf on top her that was for sure. A wolf that weighted probably more than her. And Lucy was a little girl only at sixteen.
She stiffened when the wolf, Rilar, answered that he was. What happens if you die in Narnia? The question flowed through her mind rather suddenly. Her eyes burned with fresh tears but she didn't dare let them leak. "Then what are you excatly going to do to me?" Lucy inquired. She didn't know where her strength was coming from. But she certainly did know that she needed it. At a time like this. "They do care about me," she spoke up, anger starting to fill her. How dare he think they didn't care about her? They were helping leading the resitance group alongside of her. And they were willing to protect her. Isn't that enough? Lucy wanted to ask these thoughts, but kept her mouth closed.
She struggled to sit up when Rilar snapped at her to do so. But it was certainly difficult. How on earth was she suppose to do that, when a wolf who weights more than the girl was on top of her? Lucy shivered and closed her eyes when she felt his teeth pressing on her neck. She let out a tiny squak of fear and closed her mouth quickly. She didn't want to say anything with the position she was in right now. For one wrong word could have her killed on the spot. Lucy shivered as she felt him growl against her. She was beyond frightened now.
Lucy shook her head. "I will never tell you anything. Not even with the harshest treatment you can think of. My mouth will keep shut. I will not betray anyone. Not now, not ever," those words she had finished speaking will certainly get her killed now if not later. She now frowned at the wolf, Rilar. "It's going to take a whole lot more to make me croak and give out information." she narrowed her eyes at him. The look was replaced by a trembling one. She knew that everyone who lived back in the golden ages had died. So there really wasn't any news there. But fear caught her throat as she looked at Rilar. "He wasn't a traitor. He could never have been a traitor," she slowly shook her head at his last question. "N-no. I-I assumed that everyone had died peacefully...."
At least, thats what she kept telling herself when she had found that everyone had gone. "We heard about the Telmarines invading Narnia and killing everyone. But they died with honor and fighting to protect the land," that was nothing new to her. And then she kept her mouth shut, not wanting to talk after that. Not unless she had to anyways. [ooc: haha ;p of course Rilly is gonna take Lulu. and sorry if the post sucks xx]

You'd condemn a child to a life of torture? As opposed to a quick death? How cold... I thought you Narnians were supposed to care for your monarchs, or if not them, your young."
Her chin held high, stubborn and proud, Thalia did not show an inch of being afraid, yet her heart was quivering with fear, anger and despise all rolled in to one. She hated seeing Lucy being pinned under the wolf like that, and to ask Rilar to take the young Queen away just like that went against her every principle, which battled within her, yelling at the femme to just hurl herself towards Rilar and risk her own life just to save Lucy. But she knew that would just prove fruitless. Without her broadsword, Thalia was useless, and even if she got killed to protect Lucy, that didn't mean the young Queen would be granted her life.
"Lucy would go through no life of torture. With my life, I'll see to that." Thalia bit out bitterly, lips white and fists clenched as she said that. It was an oath, a promise to herself, to Lucy, and to the Pevensies most of all. The girl would never forgive herself if she actually let all four of the monarch's rot away in the cold dungeons of the Fortress Carnadine. She would die before that happened. Looking at the young girl when she reinforced once more, that yes, people do care for her, Thalia's gaze softened. She couldn't help it, the soft whisper a response to her words as she spoke. "You know we do Lu. I promise you."
When Rilar snarled with another warning to Rai, the girl switched her attention, took one look at the general standing next to her, sword poised, and almost wanted to knock the blade out of his hand. Yes, when Thalia panicked, she got pretty rash, and though that may not be a good point sometimes, the girl really couldn't do anything to help it. Instead of any sudden movement however, the girl merely spoke. "Drop it Rai. Now." her tone was firm, not demanding, but a firm request, but her eyes spoke of a different tone. One that pleaded, and hoped Rai could see why for once, she wanted to follow what the vile vermin said. It concerned Lucy's life, she would do annything.
"You both claim I need her... but to be honest, all Jadis needs is a carcass. Peter and Edmund will be as inclined to talk with the other girl, and we're working on her right now."
Thalia's heart constricted at those words. Did they have Susan as well? No. She didn't want to believe those words. Not unless proof was given, the girl would not cave in to utter hopelessness. To do that would mean the end of Narnia, and the girl did not want to let that be the death of her home, and of everything she held near and dear.
The sadistic tone when Rilar spoke of murder and death was unmistakable, yet Thalia could feel the dread that filled her, the blood that drained from her when he said to intend to work more in the dunegons. With the King. With Peter. If it were anyone else, Thalia would be worried, but she wouldn't feel dread. With Peter, it was totally different. She knew him. She knew how hotheaded, how stubborn and how totally selfless he can be. Too selfless. Others would fight for their life, Peter would fight for the life of others before he could even concern his own.
Fists clenched again, but she made no move to speak, the only reaction being her pale lips as she stilled herself, and listened as he spoke. "Tumnus was as great as advisor as the Pevensies were rulers. It is you who had betrayed your own kind, to serve a mindless woman so power-hungry she would murder all and whomever who stands in her way, even children." Thalia scoffed, and then casted Rilar with a look that clearly said she loathed the wolf with every fibre of her being. "No wonder you work alone. I'm not surprised that none of your kind is willing to work with you, traitor you are." she spat out. Talking animals originated from Aslan, as they all were. It was the great Lion that had breathed in to them the ability to talk. To see one whom would go against his own creator merely to gain power and to maim and murder, made the femme's anger boil and rise. But now was simply not the time to vent out rage and frustration, that much she knew. Yet, Thalia could not help but glare at Rilar disdainfully, fingers still painfully itching to somehow get moving. She had been standing in one position long enough, and her limbs were getting antsy. ((i kinda told Lulu to "command" Rai to lower his sword and etc but anyway....))
At Thalia's words Rai sheethed his sword as did the men behind him but Rai was still ready to unsheeth it, he darent speak but his eyes spoke volumes. He didnt want to speak for fear of not being able to back up his words nor did his body language emit fear instead it emitted cool calm and collected. When Thalia spoke again Rai listened, it saddened him that such tension, regret, pain and the like had befallen the Narnians and the whole country devided thanks to Jadis. He feared that the remaining Narnians may turn to Jadis if allowed to give up completely on Aslan and the resistance.

R I L A R ;; He had forgotten he was on top of Lucy, pinning her down. He moved aside, but remained close to the girl. After all, he didn't intend to let her escape. Lucy Pevensie was his meal ticket, his chance to gain in rank, his way to make Jadis like him... she meant too much to him for him to just let her walk away. The little girl below him caught Rilar's attention, and he glanced down as if he were entertaining a child's notions.
I will never tell you anything. Not even with the harshest treatment you can think of. My mouth will keep shut. I will not betray anyone. Not now, not ever. It's going to take a whole lot more to make me croak and give out information.
Rilar stared at her blankly, and then let out a booming laugh. "You're such a child. Honestly, you help rule this country? Peter should have sent you back to your crib. If we want information out of you, little Queen, we will get it, but never fear. Our only interest in you right now as far as talking goes is about this group. Otherwise, you're just a toy to help your brother loosen his tongue." Rilar was careful not to let it slip about Edmund, trying to focus only on Peter. What the rebel group didn't know could hurt them, and now that he knew where they were... he could come back and finish the job properly.
"And visa versa, of course." Rilar stated boredly, letting his gaze rest on Thalia again. He smirked at her rather furious glare, for it seemed to be the same look he received from everyone in Jadis's dungeon. "You'll help open him up, he'll help open you up... I've been told I'm a marvelous torturer. Maybe the rest of your family can join in on the fun?" Rilar said happily, his entire body quaking with excitement.
"And as for your Tumnus?" Rilar said, now glowing, "peaceful is hardly a way to put it. But compared to what awaits you and your kin, and Caspian, for that matter, Tumnus' death will be extremely peaceful." Thalia spoke up now, completely venomous in her words. Rilar shook his head at her. "If you wish to promise her a torture-free life, I suggest you lunge at me right now, and I'll end it for her." He said cocking a brow and waiting for her retaliation.
She went after his side. Rilar only watched as her mouth moved, spinning up a tale of how he worked alone because no one else would work with him, how Jadis was awful... he'd heard it all before. "You bore me, child. Jadis is the true ruler of Narnia, not five children in play clothes and stolen crowns. I serve the only one fit to rule such a country, and you serve a whelp who probably soils her bed." He said, shooting a brutal look at Lucy.
His attention turned back to Rai when Thalia asked him to drop the sword. Rilar watched with amusement as Rai placed it back in his holder instead, and, suddenly, took a sudden and powerful nip at Lucy's ear. "You intend to bring Jadis down with this? A man who can't follow orders, and a girl whose best insult is telling me I'm a traitor to my kind? Boy, I told you to drop your sword, not put it back. I want it on the ground, or she will bleed." He said, pointing his nose at Lucy, who might have been bleeding already with the nip he took at her ear.
I luff the puppy. And Thally's all GRRR face. :]

Lucy glanced at Thalia and then at Rilar. She wanted to move away from him ever so slightly, but she was afraid he might do something else. She shuddered, looking away from him. She looked at Thalia again, wishing she had her knife and any other weapons she could try. She closed her eyes. Lucy wasn't the best in a hostage situation. I want to be home, she thought. I want to be back home in England. With mum and dad and Peter and Edmund and Susan. With everyone. I wouldn't even be in this situation if we just stayed....she knew she was being selfish. Lucy closed her eyes and wished that Aslan would forgive her for thinking these thoughts. But she couldn't help herself.
She slowly opened them as his laugh interrupted her thoughts. Her eyes narrowed. "You will not get information from me. Nor anyone. Not even Pete. He'll kill whomever harms me even if it is you," Lucy winced, knowing she was treading very dangerous grounds now. Her thoughts were on his sharp teeth and she shivered. She will not let the rest of her family go through the same thing. She gritted her teeth. "I will die before I let Edmund and Susan go through the same thing," she hissed, her eyes burning with anger. She wanted her knife so desperately. She would settle with a sword, but Lucy couldn't even handle the blasted thing. She complained it was heavy. But Lucy wished, even now, that she was taught to fight with some other weapon besides her knife.
"Thalia no!" Lucy yelled, couldn't keep her mouth shut now. She shifted her spot. "He will still do it!" Lucy returned the brutal look with one of her death glares at Rilar. "Jadis doesn't deserve to rule Narnia. She's doing nothing but making life worse. And I will never betray my own people." her throat constricted as he talked about Tumnus. She quickly shook her head. "Just let Pete go and you can do whatever you want to me. I don't care as long as you let him go," Lucy would do whatever it took to save her brother from the torture and possible death from it. She looked at Rilar with a straight and firm face. She will not cave in no matter what.
Lucy let out a growl at Rai, frustrated. "Put the sword away Rai. Now," her voice was firm and unsually harsh. She suddenly cried out as her ear was nipped. She winced and at once raised her right hand to cover it. "There's more of us that will bring Jadis down," Lucy told him, her eyes and voice as hard as stone. Her eyes glittered with tears at the pain. She lowered her hand and winced again at the pain. Lucy took a shakey breath. She bit the inside of her cheek, to keep herself from whimpering or making another sound. The only sounds in the room where from the others breathing and Rilar's harsh voice.
She turned to face him. "I will not let my people die," there was a certain calmness in her voice. She shifted again in her spot. "You let everyone that you have captured go. And in exchanged, I will go with you...peacefully," the words spilled out of her mouth as if she had been thinking them all along. Her hands doubled into fists. Her eyes glistening with fresh tears as she glanced around the room. She let her gaze fall on Rilar. Her vision was blured with tears. [ooc: Rai would have listened to Thalia anyways but meh. *shrugs* and that goes to show you that Lucy would do anything to keep Pete safe. But she doesn't know bout Edders]
