so, here's the deal. chai here has been walking this green world for just about eighteen years,
and to be quite honest, i'm sure as hell that you're their very own stalker. but, staying away from an awk-
ward situation, i'll tell you, they have been playing this familiar game for six years,
and it's been a bit of a bumpy road, if they do say so themselves, but they've grown from and above it. they
found this site through searching on google, so i'd say that they were pretty d**n awesome. in case you didn't know, they live in pacific time, so they'll only be on once or twice a day (most likely), but no worries, they'll be back.[/center]

history, From hearing the way Lucy Pevensie talks – as one is wont to do, seeing as how she talks quite a lot – one knows instantly that she has experienced much in her relatively short life. This is mostly due to the fact that her life is not quite as short as it would seem. Once, she was just an innocent, naïve child, one who lived in Finchley, England, in the English countryside outside of London. She lived with her mother and father and her three older siblings. She had quite an average and blissfully uneventful life, until her father was sent off to war. She had always been a rather dependent child, and this tendency continued with the absence of her father. Increasingly, she grew especially attached to her eldest brother, Peter, who served as something of a father figure to her because she was deprived of any other. Her other brother, Edmund, was quite the opposite of Peter, and Susan did her best to serve as a peacekeeper. Helen Pevensie simply did her best to be a mother in those hard times, but eventually, once the bombing had begun, it was too dangerous to keep her children in Finchley, and they were sent someplace safe, where they could be away from the war.
Contrary to Helen’s plans, her children ended up trapped in a war, one too far away and too complicated for their young minds to comprehend, and one too fantastical for any mind older than theirs to believe. Or at least, it would seem that way, because while entrenched in this new land that Lucy had discovered, called Narnia, she grew up. In the beginning of this little adventure – which turned out to be not so little at all – she met a wonderful Faun named Tumnus, who became her best friend, along with an assortment of other amazing creatures, the best of which was the Great Lion, Aslan. She loved him most dearly, and she grew up happy after the evil false queen of the land, Jadis, was defeated. Her life was, for the most part, simple. But things grew a lot more complicated when they returned to Finchley unexpectedly one day after a fifteen-year-long Golden Age in Narnia. For one long year, Lucy pined for her old home (the real one, not the one in England!), and just as surprisingly as they had left Narnia, they returned to it.
But this Narnia was once again a new place, because even though it was the same location, it had changed entirely. A new and savage people ruled the land, called the Telmarines. Lucy came to know more of them through her meeting with Prince Caspian X, their leader, and the savior of the so-called “old Narnians” who had risen up to rebel against the tyrannical Telmarine usurper King Miraz. After making some new friends and helping Caspian to take back his throne and Narnia, they were once again returned to England, this time more painfully than the last. But once again, this was not the end of their time in Narnia, for the Pevensie children returned a third time, to face a great and terrible villain once more. It was Jadis once again, resurrected by her faithful followers and an unfortunate mistake. The next few years were filled with pain and sorrow until peace was brought upon the land once again by Narnia’s brave warriors. Since then, things have once again returned to peace, only sometimes interrupted with small dramas. Only time will tell how long things will remain this way for Lucy and her family.

roleplay sample, as Peter, in a thread with Lucy
Peter sat up quickly, looking at Lucy with eyes wide with surprise. So, he'd really gotten it! After all, if anyone would know, it would be Lucy. He felt the sudden need to jump on the bed in excitement, or... Or sing, or dance, just like they had done in the distant days of the Golden Age when summer came around. But just as soon and sudden as the adrenaline rush had come, a sense of peace came over him and washed over him like a wave. It wasn't so special that he had discovered Jesus, really, just as he hadn't exactly discovered Aslan. Certainly, he had journeyed across an entire world (or two, if you think about it that way) to find him, but then, that was nothing compared to what had been done for him. After all, the Lion ruled many worlds, and of all of them, had chosen to go to Narnia so he could give up his life for Edmund (and the rest of them). It didn't make sense, really. It was completely unfair, and it was the best thing that had ever happened. Aslan - and Jesus, for they were one and the same, it seemed - perhaps had come to him.
He lay back heavily against the pillows, his mind fully coming into the shock of its new revelation. For a long moment, he stared - wordlessly and blankly - up at the stone ceiling above his head, trying to fathom all that he knew and the many more things that he did not, and realizing that he simply could not do it. There was so much beyond that ceiling, so much that he could not comprehend and probably never would. The world was so much bigger than he was (that was what he loved so much about the sky and the stars, and the Great Lion himself), and never ceased to make him feel small and secure in its magical wonders. In comparison to Aslan's perfection and wisdom, Peter was so muddled up. Sometimes, it was good to knew that he really didn't have control. All of his troubles suddenly seemed insignificant, and all of his questions suddenly no longer seemed to matter. He closed his eyes and prayed in thanks to Aslan. Thanks that everyone had pulled through safety (for certainly that could not be attributed only to Peter). Thanks that he had his siblings to love and protect him (even though he knew he did not deserve it). And mostly, that Aslan had also done the same (and Peter deserved this even less).
Rolling onto his side so that he could look at Lucy, he wondered if she was as amazed by him as he was by her. He highly doubted it. You see, this whole “magnificent” thing was quite a misnomer, when he thought about it; as a great man had said before, he had only gotten where he was in life because he stood on the shoulders of giants. While this, of course, was not exactly literal (he quite hated Giants, and rightly so, after his various unpleasant experiences with the beastly creatures) – for Lucy was small and likely not strong enough to hold Susan, let alone Peter, on her shoulders – he did acknowledge frequently, though still not as much as he should have, just how much he had to be grateful for when it came to his siblings. They all worked together to rule Narnia, each of them bringing something unique and important to the proverbial table. And now they had Caspian, too. It was like some sort of family reunion, for Caspian was part of their family – even if not by blood. Honestly, Peter didn’t know what he’d do without any of them. They were his life. Even his faith seemed to stem from them, for as he had faith in Aslan, he also had faith in them. Thank Aslan for his siblings. And he did every day. The final thing he saw before he drifted off into a peaceful and much needed sleep was the smiling face of his little sister. As he slept, he dreamt of kings and lions.
