Edmund lets the words flow, "Oh I guess you would be refering to yourself brother. You are after all a terrible King. At least with the white witch I never went back to her. But I had to save your "kingly" ass when you thought about bringing her back! Yes I did notice that you thought about it, back in Aslan's How. I saw it in your eyes! So what did I do? I saved your ass by putting a sword through her! You are a pathetic excuse for a King and an even more pathetic excuse for a brother..."

PETER; "Please, Edmund, if Narnia were under your rule it would have been traded to the Witch already for Turkish Delights. At least under mine it's florished." Peter said with a small sneer on his face, resorting to his earlier argument. A pain clenched in his side as he moved, trying to get up, but he pushed past it and stood, towering above his brother. "But this has nothing to do with Lyanne. I'm here to tell you you are a worthless, cowering git, and I'm leaving you. Try not to sell off our kingdom for sweets." The tone was cold, nasty and snarking Edmund as much as Peter could. His eyes flashed darkly, but he had begun to move away from his brother.

"Is this your way of renounceing your crown? If so I understand! Oh and that makes me High King Edmund. I rather favor the sound of that. So go off and hide you bloody git! You'll see my kingdom will rise past your! YOU'LL SEE!", Edmund said with the anger still in his voice. Then lastly he muttered, "Who's the traitor now?"

PETER; Peter laughed again, the smirk still imprinted on his face. "Please, Edmund, do you honestly think I would just hand over Narnia? Even for my short leave of absence, power won't go to a traitor, it will go to Susan." Peter nodded his head slightly, stretching out his back, chin thrust up. "I trust she'll make logical desicions and, well, this will never be your kingdom as long as I'm around."
His chin stuck out slightly, and for a moment, memories flashed of past Narnia and the life they had lived. He remembered the White Witch coming for his brother, remembered the terror reflected in his eyes. Peter recalled home memories too, which made looking at his brother suddenly all the more painful. How could they have gone from that, to this? How could Edmund have thrown him to the wolves so? He stepped over the bedroom door remains, and then hesitated, looking at his brother. "In the mean time, stay away from Lyanne. I'll bet she'll never want to see your pathetic, useless face ever again."
